Saudi Arabia has introduced the Saudi Product Safety Program (SALEEM) from January 1, 2018, resulting into new regulations for import of goods. For most machines up to now it has not been put into action and all consequences are not known yet. In a meeting in Germany upcoming regulations have been presented.
